"Lunesta Betrayal"
Acrylic paints on 54" x 42" unprimed canvas with burned canvas collage. This composition is inspired by the forms brought about by the controlled burning of canvas fragments, which are often incorporated as collage elements in the finished work. The colors used on this painting are muted and fairly neutral. Some of the paint used is metallic and iridescent, which interacts playfully with the light.
